Send Spool files as PDF via Email!
Simply turns iSeries/System i5 Spool files, or SQL queries, into PDF, HTML, TIFF or Word output and allows you to send them around your organization using the built-in email client, i4MailSE. The converted output can be readily stored in the Integrated File System (IFS) for later reference and use.

- Depending on your format selection, your input files can be SCS, IPDS or AFPDS

Special Usages
- FAX: i4Spools comes with a built-in interface which fully integrates with eMail2Fax Providers. For the international Fax Provider "Venali corp." this is even more integrated and comes with an automatic feedback to Users Message Queue.

- PCL2PDF: In some special situations when application programs directly output a PCL datastream a standard SCS/AFPDS convertion into PDF does not give satisfying results. For this i4Spool can come with an other option, name "I4SPOOLPCL", which is in fact a windows service which is seemlessly called within the convertion process, all controlled by the iSeries. Result is a PDF document which is very the same as printed thru PCL printer.

- Digital Signature: In situations where there a legal requirements to can trust the PDF format, i4Spool can be integrated with services from 3rd party.
