The PHOENIX archive is the archive and storage base for all common document management / ECM and workflow systems. PHOENIX Archive enables up-to-date document management and is the secure data-safe of your document management or a specialized application, such as: PHOENIX Contract / HR or Invoice.

The PHOENIX archive is also the optimal data storage for our current and future technology partners as well as for partners with third-party applications. Individual product modifications and interface development are strengths of IQUADRAT AG. Numerous interfaces already exist. For PHOENIX Archiv we continuously develop tailor-made, individual integrations.

The installation and commissioning can be done by yourself in less than an hour. Our support is also happy to assist you and can support you locally or remotely during the initial setup. The operating and maintenance costs are minimal, because after successful initial setup, almost no intervention by IT services or administrators will be necessary.
